Terms & Conditions
All stated Terms & Conditions shall apply to all members, members' guests and visitors of Palm Resort Golf & Country Club (PRGCC) and PRGCC shall be authorised and have the legal right to make any amendments and decisions, deemed as suitable.
Payment Policy
- All rates applicable are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
- All the outstanding balances appear in each member's Statement of Account including Monthly Subscription, Food and Beverage Bills, Golf Competition Fees or any other charges should be charged to the members accordingly.
- Members can pay their outstanding partially or fully based on their remaining balances.
- The Palm Resort Golf & Country Club uses the iPay88 Payment Gateway for processing of online transactions providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the internet.
- Members can make payment by Online Banking (FPX) only.
Refund & Return Policy
- Report any damage within 7 days of delivery with details and photos. No refund if the item is used or damaged by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after confirmation and returned to the original payment method.
Shipping Policy (Domestic Shipping)
- All orders are processed within 7 business days.Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders,shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
