GOLF LOCAL RULES:

1. In accordance to international tournament standards, all plants, shrubs and flower beds are an integral part of the course. If the player deems his ball unplayable, under the penalty of one stroke, Rule 28 applies.
   
2. All concrete drains are immovable obstructions. Under Rule 24-2b(i), if the ball lies through the green, the player must lift the ball and drop it, without penalty, within one-club length of and not nearer the hole than the nearest point of relief.
